Main Job Scope:

1.       Answering calls

2.       Update manager on important dates and events

3.       Maintaining records of accounts

4.       Collecting payments

5.       Assist staff with administrative related tasks

6.       All other administrative duties

 

Job Requirements:

1.       Qualification – N Level’s and above

2.       Preferably to have Administrative working experience of at least a year

3.       Preferably to possess communication skills required for contacting customers and suppliers
