Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning for community activities in different arenas (42Race web, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Responsible for activity planning, topic generation, content operation, increasing user engagement, pushing positive community development;
  • Establish system for user activation and growth, encourage UGC;
  • Develop and maintain quality users in the community, increase activeness in the community;

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence 
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation in English and one other Asian language 
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals 
  • You challenge the status quo
  • You enjoy working in a start-up environment 
  • You are sensitive to numbers. You can analyse data and develop result driven action plan

Good to have

  • Experience with building and online community
  • Passionate about running/fitness
  • Joined a marathon before
