  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to support more people to run, include conceptualization, planning, P&L, data analysis 
  • Understand 42Race business model and apply a smart and consultative sales pitc
  • Maintain current partnership accounts to develop long term strategic relationship
  • Play a key role in developing an entrepreneurial, proactive, high-intensity culture in 42Race


  • Strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence 
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation in English and one other Asian language
  • You have an entrepreneurial mind set

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
