Overview

We are looking for an Operations Assistant/ Admin Assistant for our expanding business.

Duties:

·      Provide administrative support

·      Handle simple accounting duties

·      Assist in sourcing products for our clients

·      Issuing Quotations, Invoices and etc.

·      Coordinate with supplier/customers on shipping arrangements, documentation requirements and payment status

·       Assist to prepare export documents (Invoice, Bill of Landings, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and etc.)

·      Filing and other administrative support

·      Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

·      Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Levels

·      Singaporeans or PRs

·      Candidates must have good knowledge in MS Excel

·      Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment

·      Proactive and responsible 

·      5 day work week

Salary:  S$1,600.00
