Responsibilities

  • Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing technical advices
  • Represent the company in a professional manner as a front line employee
  • Prepare quotation and raise work orders accordingly
  • Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers
  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Academic qualification: O level & equivalents
  • Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in basic MS office
  • Possesses problem solving ability & a customer-centric mindset
