Overview

Responsibilities

·         Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing technical advices

·         Represent the company in a professional manner as a front line employee

·         Prepare quotation and raise Work orders accordingly

·         Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers

·         Performs ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

·         Academic qualification: O level & equivalents

·         Competent in basic English (verbal & written)

·         Proficient in basic MS office

·         Possesses problem solving ability & a customer centric mind set
