Overview

Requirements: Singaporean/PR only, At least 2 years HR & marketing experience

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for general HR full spectrum of functions

·        Inclusive of but not limited to strategic HR planning of the employment process in recruitment, team performance management, labour regulations

·        Basic HR and admin duties such as – ensuring that filling is up to date, maintaining and update personnel records for the entire employee base, taking note of training records as well as payroll, compensation, and benefits administration

·        Application and renewal of work passes, update/renew staff insurances

·        Source and coordinate training programs

·        Submission of all government grants and claims

·        Maintain leave managements

·        Strong in employment law and review employee handbook

·        Prepare/Create monthly marketing promotions and sales contests

·        Supervise telemarketing activities

·        Provide sales support to sales teams

·        Other duties as assigned from time to time

Other conditions: 5.5 working days, Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
