Overview

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing technical advices
  • Represent the company in a professional manner as a front line employee
  • Prepare quotation and raise Work orders accordingly
  • Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers
  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Promoting of service packages

Requirements

  • Academic qualification: O level & equivalents
  • Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in basic MS office
  • Possesses problem solving ability & a customer centric mind set
  • Singaporean/PR

Other conditions:

  • 5.5 working days,
  • Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm,
  • Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
