- 3 to 5 years relevant experience

- Oversee and coordinate aspects of all bidding project and sales jobs in assigned territory.

- Maintain all follow-up procedures highlighted in the Bid/Spec Sales Detail to ensure compliance.

- Identify trends in customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction and propose ways to improve the customer’s experience.

- Manage time effectively and meet company goals/metrics

- Responsible for documenting detailed notes and next steps after every call (in CRM)
