APAC Sales & Marketing Support Executive for Fortune 500 MNC (ICT Industry)

Office Location: Promenade/ City Hall MRT

1 year contract, renewable

Job Description

  • Agency placement to Fortune 500 MNC Sales Desk in the APAC Region to register deals and get access to technical and business assistance.
  • Out and In-bound Support Desk for partners and Sales team as single source of products resources information across APAC.
  • Outbound Support Activities: Communication, Demand Gen, Awareness, Incentive Programs, EBC, Newsletters etc.
  • Support field/channel marketing in Products program execution (Purchase order, Proof of Performance)
  • Centralized opportunity validation via SFDC/Ascend.
  • Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly sales funnel and revenue reporting.
  • Tracking budget spend and partner-led activities status. 

Job Requirements

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage

- Knowledge/Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Proficiency in conversational & written English and Mandarin languages is required

- Fresh graduates welcomed to apply

- Prior working experience an advantage
