On-the-job learning starts immediately when you are placed in your role. Relevant industry skills will be honed and you will need to be self-driven, positive and resilient.

Roles and Responsibilities
 
- Portfolio Management & Strategic Objective Planning
- Analyzing of Portfolio & Preposition of Solutions to Clients
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Seeking of new customers via various platforms
- Perform recruitment and training activities
- Be ready to lead and motivate a team
- Must be sociable and a team players
- Involved in three key area (management,sales,recruitment)
- Candidate will be groomed for fast tracked management career
 
Pre-requisites
 
Recognised degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Management
Recognised A Level/ with diploma holders with working experience
Positive and high energetic individual who is result driven
Willingness to travel
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Cheerful and Sociable 
Candidates with NO experience are welcome
Fresh Grads or ORD personnel are welcome
Singaporean only
