Overview

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and to ensure all customer orders are dully fulfilled.
• To provide sales support to the Sales Team
• To create Sales Order, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, credit note, etc. in SAP.
• Order monitoring and coordinate with suppliers for order status.
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments.
• To arrange with transporter/forwarder for local delivery/overseas shipment.
• To ensure all shipments are accomplished on schedule.
• Checking discrepancy on supplier shipment and invoice.
• To attend quarterly stock take.
• Any other ad hoc assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Min O level
• Relevant experience in similar capacity
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Possess sound verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP
