Overview

  • Performed on site trouble-shooting, installation, repairing, servicing and maintenance of company products and service

  • Ensure jobs are properly coordinated and completed within allocated time frame

  • Perform all works in according to specified standards and qualities

  • Responsible for providing timely, professional and accurate information to internal and external customer

  • Liaise with vendors on unresolved technical problems and ensure proper records are maintained

  • Problem analysis / diagnosis of hardware

  • May have to perform stand-by duty

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

1. preferably engineering background (electrical / electronics / mechanical)

2. Candidates with no experience but relevant academic background are welcome to apply

3. Candidates with relevant experience but no academic qualifications will be considered

4. Independent

5. Bonus will commensurate with performance

6. Standby duty allowance provided should standby duties be required
