  • Handling of company secretarial matters for a diversified portfolio of local and international companies.
  • Handling compliance matters.
  • Data entry, keep and organize files.
  • Other corporate-service related administration.
  • Liaising with clients, authorities, colleagues from various departments and banks.


  • A Member of Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). ICSA qualifications or currently pursuing ICSA are invited to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial services.
  • Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
  • Meticulous, deadline-driven and adaptive.
  • Able to multi-task and work on a variety of projects at the same time. Team player with a positive working attitude, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
