Overview

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute short/long term strategies for the positioning of the Group’s portfolio of brands
Develop and execute short/long term action plans to grow the Group’s brand portfolio in terms of their brand equity, market share and profitability.
Plan and manage A&P budgets and ensure adequate ROI for branding, marketing and sales driven initiatives.
Manage and motivate a team in the timely development and execution of branding, marketing and sales driven initiatives.
Plan, manage and coordinate the Group’s public relations activities with all relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with relevant internal and external customers to achieve various Group’s branding, marketing, sales and customers’ objectives
Developing regional marketing plans and campaigns for all overseas Franchise development
Brand alignment and guardianship for all regional business developments and communications
Oversee and provide marketing support to ensure effective marketing plan and strategies for all overseas development

Requirements:
Degree in relevant discipline
3 or more years of experience in similar capacity
Experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player and results-oriented
Self-driven with high energy level with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
