Roles & Responsibilities

Resource planning for multiple functions

  • Establish and maintain inventory of all equipment and beverages
  • Responsible for weekly stock take and restocking of depleted items
  • Plan the event from beginning through to the end by liaising with the client/external events company on the logistical set-up requirements
  • Make site inspections of the venue to ensure full preparation for a successful function
  • Prior to the events, obtain all the information necessary to create the Event Order
  • Coordinate all services contractors and hiring of staff for the events
  • During events, supervise and direct staff, control set-up and equipment delivery and collections

 

Requirements

  • Equipment and personnel requirements in presenting public events and external catering
  • Management and operational procedures public and private events
  • Perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others
  • Analyse policies and procedures for timeliness and effectiveness
  • Good communication skills and MS word, excel abilities essential
  • Establish cooperative working relationships with employees & service contractors
  • Have initiative to solve problems independently
  • Ability and flexibility to roll your sleeves up and attend to other essential and marginal functions

$2,800 to $3,800 Monthly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,800.00 to $3,800.00 /month

Experience:

Food & Beverage Operations working in Singapore: 3 years (Required)
