Overview

You will be responsible for:

HANDLE FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS AND BALANCE SHEET
DATA ENTRY TO ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
FILE, RETRIEVE COOPERATE DOCUMENTS, RECORDS AND REPORTS
PROCESS SUPPLIERS/CUSTOMERS TRANSACTIONS SUCH AS PURCHASE ORDERS, INVOICES ETC
PREPARE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
LC KNOWLEDGE IS MUST
PREPARE LC NEGOTIATIONS WITH BANKS AND FOLLOW UP PAYMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS
CREATES, PROCESS AND TRACK SHIPMENTS
PROVIDE SUPPORT IN GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES IN OFFICE
COORDINATE AND MAINTAIN RECORD FOR PETTY CASH AND OTHER OFFICE RELATED EXPENSE.
OTHER ADHOC ADMIN/ACCOUNT DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Requirements:

Min O’ Level/Diploma
Relevant wording experience will be an added advantage
Computer Literate (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
Able to start immediately
Able to work independently
Good work attitude, responsible, ethical
Central Location near China Town MRT
Only Singaporean
Note: New office Setup for French Based Commodities Trading House
Salary + Performance Bonus
Must be able to commence work in short notice, prefer immediate available
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): LETTER OF CREDIT, ACCOUNTS, FINANCE
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
