• Execute purchase order to suppliers on timely basis
  • Updating stock and inventory control function
  • Checking and follow up on delivery date with suppliers
  • Liaise regards to delivery matters, discrepancies and goods returned
  • Filings of documents
  • Answering phone calls or any other ad-hoc tasks being assigned
  • Possess at least an “O” Level with some experience in purchasing
  • Good PC knowledge in Excel & Microsoft Words
  • Ability to converse in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prefer Singaporean or PR
