Overview

Responsibilities:

All incoming calls are answered and directed to respective employees promptly and politely.

Welcome all company’s visitors and assist them in locating the employees that they want to meet.

Courier services are properly coordinated.

Distribution of incoming faxes and mail.

Ensure faxes and mails are being distributed according to the distribution list.

Complete all assignments as assigned by the Office Manager .

Complete others duties assigned by the Senior Administration person.

Requirements:

 At least “N” / “O” Level or Certificate in Business Administration

At least 1 year of related working experience

Possess Good communication and administrative skills.

Able to work independently & efficiently.

Must be customer service oriented.

Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Candidates must be willing to work in Central area.

Able to commence Immediately.
