Overview

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the office:-

  • 5 days work, Monday to Friday, normal office hour
  • Up to $1,600
  • MNC environment
  • No travel required
  • Health industry
  • Only Singaporean/PR may apply
  • Entry level, candidates without relevant experiences are welcome to apply
  • Permanent contract position 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers for all office needs (eg: stationeries, name cards, laptops and etc)
  • Work closely with Executive Admin on office operations
  • Travel arrangement for management level staff
  • Prepare expenses claims and reports
  • Prepare onboarding for new joiners in the office
  • Prepare invoice processing and coordination with suppliers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Skills required:-

  • Proficient in MS office
  • Responsible and positive work attitude
  • Able to multi-task and work independently 
  • Demonstrate sense of initiative and result oriented
  • Eyes for details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Able to start within short notice or immediately
