Overview

Responsibilities

·         Handling of Patients

·         Reception duties such as registration of patients, answering of phone calls and attending to patient enquiry

·         Scheduling Appointment

·         Online Submission for various Insurance Scheme and eClaims

·         Ensure consistent high level of services standards to patients especially children

·         Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

·         Minimum O-Level holder

·         At least 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry

·         Proficient in MS office

·         Excellent interpersonal communication skills

·         Ability to work independently and under pressure

·         Customer service oriented

·         Willing to do shift work and to work weekends
