Overview

Responsibilities:

  • To perform administrative support to the sales term
  • Preparing of Invoices
  • Customer Relations
  • Filling of documents
  • Assist in ad-hoc jobs
  • Co-ordinates with Sales on invoicing issues

Requirements:

  • O” level and above
  • Bilingual
  • Able to multi task and organize things in a structured manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to work 5.5day (alternate Sat)
