Job Descriptions

  • Answer and Manage all general office enquiries
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to clients
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Support department in review, development and implementation of company Policies
  • Ensure plans are aligned to company’s goals and objectivities
  • Participate in projects and events for internal communications

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum ā€˜Nā€™ Level
  • Possess at least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working with people and engage them to align with company’s policies
  • Creative mindset
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Work in North-East Area
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9.30 to 6.30pm
