Overview
Reporting to Sales and Operations Director, you will facilitate the operations of the Singapore office, supporting a small team. You will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of Administrative, basic Accounting and basic HR functions.

Responsibilities:

All general office admin related matters including liaising with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and procurement of office supplies and upkeep of office premises
Basic day-to-day logistic coordinations (liaising with HK office on freight related matters) and HR functions (managing leave, staff records and etc)
Organization and co-ordination of company events and activities
Handling of Accounts Receivable and Payable & managing of petty cash and staff expense claims
Organizing travel arrangements for staff and travelling crews
Assisting in compiling marketing materials and ensuring the regular updating of social media sites and web site.  
Client servicing – ensuring the highest level of client servicing and relationships with clients visiting the office
Assisting in marketing (compiling of bi-monthly newsletter, updating of marketing decks, handling award entries)
Set-up and maintaining of client database to ensure we have an updated database
Assisting Directors in daily operational requirements

Requirements:

Being a small team, it is extremely important that you are able and willing to multi-task and take on additional duties that may arise
min. GCE ‘O’ Level, preferably with working experience in the areas of office administration
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.  Fluent in English – bilingual an advantage
Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy working in a young, fun and creative environment (and the chaos that this involves)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good understanding of IT
Singaporean or Singapore PR only
