Responsibilities

Front-desk duties including answering, screening/transferring calls and attend to walk-in customers and visitors

Maintains database of subscribers and process orders

Provides support for events/conferences/seminars

Handles customers’ telephone enquiries and emails

Performs general administrative duties Maintains proper filing records and database Liaises with vendors on building and office maintenance

Requirements

Minimum ‘N’ level Able to converse with customers in both English and Mandarin

Well-versed in MS Office  Capable of multi-tasking 5 days work week
