Overview

This is a full-time 6-month contract position (with leave benefits after 3 months) at Clementi area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Accounts Receivable and Payable functions 
  • Record sales entries into the system 
  • GST filing preparation
  • Prepare month end journals and schedules 
  • Monthly bank reconciliation 
  • Maintain Accounting and HR records 
  • Maintain proper filing system for all payment vouchers 
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting
  • Read, speak and understand English
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience in MYOB preferred
  • Must be able to work fast with computers, browsers and applications
  • Must be familiar with keyboard shortcuts.
  • Singaporean / PR only (Insufficient quota for foreigners at the moment).

 

Job Conditions:

  • 6-month-only contract (cover for staff going on maternity leave)
  • Start ASAP to learn our SOP and handover
  • 5 day week. Mon – Fri. 10am – 7pm
  • Expected to meet deadlines
  • Monthly salary ranges from $2800 to $3300 (depending on efficiency and experience)
  • Standard full-time benefits will be applicable after first 3 months of probation
