This is a full-time 6-month contract position (with leave benefits after 3 months) at Clementi area.
- Perform Accounts Receivable and Payable functions
- Record sales entries into the system
- GST filing preparation
- Prepare month end journals and schedules
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain Accounting and HR records
- Maintain proper filing system for all payment vouchers
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Read, speak and understand English
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience in MYOB preferred
- Must be able to work fast with computers, browsers and applications
- Must be familiar with keyboard shortcuts.
- Singaporean / PR only (Insufficient quota for foreigners at the moment).
- 6-month-only contract (cover for staff going on maternity leave)
- Start ASAP to learn our SOP and handover
- 5 day week. Mon – Fri. 10am – 7pm
- Expected to meet deadlines
- Monthly salary ranges from $2800 to $3300 (depending on efficiency and experience)
- Standard full-time benefits will be applicable after first 3 months of probation
