Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office facilities procurement, service & maintenance including communication with Landlord, Contractors and Suppliers.
  • General Office Support Duties includes assigning workstations to new Consultants, issuing of keys and setting up office IT related accounts (e.g printer set up, door access)
  • Maintain forms shelves, ensure that forms are updated
  • Handling of Company’s Accounts Book Keeping and liasing closely with Accountant
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by Office Management

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher
  • Required Language: English
  • Required Skill (s) : Book Keeping, Microsoft Office 
  • Graduate in Business Studies / Administration / Accounting or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field for the required position 
  • Preferably specialized in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent 
  • No experience in the related field is also welcome
  • Singaporean / PR
