Overview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all phone calls (screening and redirecting).
  • Receive and filter all incoming mails and faxes, distributing to the relevant staffs
  • Equipment servicing and repair arrangement
  • Manage Conference Room reservation
  • Assist the relevant department in their department documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Min “O” Level
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Good communication and phone etiquette
  • Pleasant personalities
  • Able to work independently with min. supervision
  • Able to work on 1/2 day on alternate Saturday
