ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10+ years of hands on experience in handling HR, HRBP and payroll operations of a larger company (at least 5000+ employees)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as operations lead
  • Experience of managing outsourced HR operations of an end customer
  • Good knowledge in Singapore MOM guidelines
  • Experience in the following business process areas:
     – Hiring, termination, transfer, rehire, contract renewal, retirement, pay rate change, service increments, employee data management, managing p-files
     – Employee leave management
     – Employee benefits – Medical, Insurance, Loan, WICA, petrol cards, phone bills etc.
     – Helpdesk – for employee assistance
     – Singapore payroll
     – Employee training coordination – organize training, interacting with service provider, applying grants in CITREP for eligible courses
     – Payment memo creation for finance
  • Ability to interact with customers, other functions (like finance), vendor communication
  • Ability to interact with IT support team clearly specifying the operations need and grasping the new changes implemented
  • Ability to lead the team with stringent Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Exposure to tools like PeopleSoft, SAP etc. is preferred
  • Exposure to ticket handling tools where employee requests are tracked
  • Ability to report the status correctly, handle the customer escalations
  • Knowing Mandarin language – preferred
