ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN ASSISTANT
Experience in full set accounts, including closing etc.
Able to set up new accounts system, including chart of accounts, bill of materials, stock assembly.
Perform office administrative functions such as filing, typing, faxing, photocopying.
Data entry, updating customers
Answer incoming calls and take messages accordingly
Assist in processing orders like invoicing and delivery orders
Other adhoc duties as and when required
NITEC or Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
Able to work independently. Fast learner and able to cope with fast paced environment
Good understanding of finance processing
Able to handle pressure
Able to start work immediately
