- Handle customers’ enquiries on billing and contracts

- Respond promptly to customers’ e-mails with the required information

- Forward/Escalate customers’ calls/e-mails to respective officer if customer requires more assistance

- Process GIRO documentation

- Prepare monthly KPI reports

- Generate Tax Invoices and Credit Notes

- Check, sieve and dispatch invoices

- Perform other administrative duties as required



- GCE ‘ A’ levels / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any field

- At least 2 to 3 years’ customer service experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Customer-service oriented and pleasant personality, with the ability to respond to customers professionally

- Good team player
