Overview

A local start-up in the Logistics & Transportation industry, we are seeking potential candidates to fill the following position.

 

Responsibilities:

Accounts:

- Full set of Accounts (P&L, General Ledger, Balance Sheet etc)

- Accounts Payables & Receivables function

- Prepare quarterly GST submission and ensure compliance

- Ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Human Resource:

- Verify the timesheets of staffs

- Perform payroll function

- IRAS, CPF Contribution and NSman claims

- General HR administration

- Attends to day-to-day HR issues

- Ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

- A good track of accounting / human resource experience

- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online application and payroll is an added advantage

- Good organizational and communication skills

- Meticulous, hands-on and a good team player

- Ability to work under little / no supervision

- Applicants must be willing to work at Tuas area
