Job Description:
As a Sales and Beauty Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence and ensuring our team is well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to our sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
· Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies in the aesthetics industry, and educate the sales team on features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Customer Experience: Train sales representatives to provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
· Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor training programs accordingly.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of key messages.
Qualifications:
· Proven 1 – 2 experiences in sales experience, able to communicate in Mandarin, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
· Trainer, related experience or with ITEC or any related Beauty Certificate.
· Strong training and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in both English and Mandarin.
· In-depth knowledge of aesthetics products, techniques, and industry trends.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Easily accessible from Downtown line-DT28 Kaki Bukit station.
• 5 days work week
