Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the aesthetics industry.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business development.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network and represent the company in the aesthetics community.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the aesthetics industry.

Strong understanding of aesthetics products and services.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Minimum ‘O’ Level, or a related field.
