- Delivery in implement end to end IT infrastructure.
- Provide customer support.
- Liaise through live chat/email/phone.
- Diagnosis, resolution or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues.
- Work closely with multiple product and engineering team to find ways to improve the product.
- To drive high quality production.
- Proactively understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with cross functional teams like product management or software engineering.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager or Trainer.
- Provide on sites or remote escalation and troubleshooting support and serve on call on a rational basis.
