Overview

  • Delivery in implement end to end IT infrastructure.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Liaise through live chat/email/phone.
  • Diagnosis, resolution or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues.
  • Work closely with multiple product and engineering team to find ways to improve the product.
  • To drive high quality production.
  • Proactively understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with cross functional teams like product management or software engineering.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager or Trainer.
  • Provide on sites or remote escalation and troubleshooting support and serve on call on a rational basis.
