Job Description Overview:
We are looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented Sales Executive to contribute to sales target achievement. You should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate sales activities and maintain good customer relationships.
– Help the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and samples delivery.
– Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries and arranging delivery dates.
– Handle orders by phones and emails, and check the orders have the correct pricings.
– Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
– Provide administrative and clerical supports; and reports to Manager.
– Assist in issuance of purchase orders, quotations, sales orders and delivery notes.
– Monitor production status and arrange timely delivery and payment requests.
– Follow through the progress of quotations and sales orders with customers regularly.
– Arrange deliveries of goods.
Requirements:
– Proven experience about 1 – 2 years in digital printing and offset printing (preferably) or any relevant sales role.
– Self-motivated and result-driven.
– Ability to work with pressure and tight deadline.
– Higher Secondary/Pre-U/’A” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma.
– Ability to read, write and speak in English and Chinese.
