Overview

Responsibilities:

You are passionate about pastry. We are looking for fun-loving, energetic and responsible individuals to grow with us. You are part of the team by preparing pastry and dessert products to create memories for our customers. Through ownership and  teamwork you ensure the operational effectiveness of our pastry team.

Daily preparation and production of pastries such as cakes, tarts,  choux etc.
 Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products.
Assist in conceptualizing and creating pastries, desserts, and other baked pastries.
Maintain inventory and storage in an organized manner.
Pack baked goods for delivery timely.
Decorate and prepare garnishes for baked pastries

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a bakery setting
Possess qualification in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking (or any relevant field) or proven experience in bakery
Possess Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate
Knowledge in making tarts, pies, entremets, sponge cake, chiffon cake, choux and other pastries.
Able to work weekends & public holidays
Open-minded and willing to explore new ways of creation
