· Work with the marketing communications team to develop and implement creative digital communications and influencer marketing strategy for clients to build ongoing, meaningful connection with their target audience and optimise brands’ digital and social media presence

· Lead all digital, social media and influencer marketing initiatives, managing campaigns from start to finish – active competitive research and brief, audience identification, messaging, creative content creation, tech development, interim/post-campaign analysis and recommendations

· Establish strategies for influencer relations, taking initiative to discover new influencers and opinion leaders, and identifying new opportunities and platforms to engage them

· Work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content assets that are coherent with the agency and/or clients’ brand voice and strategy.

· Plan and execute the content calendar for the agency and/or clients’ online and social channels

· Support in basic design and media production work, including videography, photography and copywriting, for the creation of marketing and social media collaterals

· Establish and track social media analytics to prepare report results for all digital and social media campaigns and content activities

· Stay up-to-date with digital and social developments; and actively share insights and new ideas or opportunities with the marketing communications team

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualise creative ideas and solutions for digital and marketing campaigns, and/or client pitches to meet the agency’s business goals

· Support the daily operations within the marketing communications team on all necessary tasks including media monitoring, samples management, organisation of the digital library, production of creative kits, coordination of personality dressings, product seeding and maintenance of artistes, influencers and collaborators’ database

· Provide support for other PR and marketing projects, as well as events organized by the agency, whenever necessary


· Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Communications and New Media, Mass Communications, or related field

· 1-2 years of experience in a digital or social media role preferred

· Demonstrate an active interest and a broad knowledge of the digital and social media landscape, with a passion for the media, luxury or fashion industry

· Tech savvy and enjoys creating and maintaining meaningful connections online and offline

· Experience in developing content calendars and assets, managing communities on social media, implementing and managing social media campaigns will be a plus

· A creative, collaborative and innovative thinker, with an appreciation for good content, design and aesthetics

· A resourceful self-starter who is organized and possess strong project/time management skills

· Meticulous with strong attention to details

· Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

· Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as social media monitoring and social listening tools

· Basic photography and videography skills, with knowledge in design and editing software will be an advantage

· Strong command of written and spoken English with good interpersonal communication skills
