Presentation of company and product knowledge to clients.
Preparation of proposal and design consultation to clients.
Project management.
Provide and develop sales quotations based on proposed designs.
Present design ideas on space planning and sketch up.
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team members in order to address client’s needs.
Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
Follow up leads in a timely manner.
Project supervision & cost negotiation.
Generate steady and constant sales income.
Prepare proper documentation for submission to relevant authorities.

The Ideal Candidate

Good to have 2-3 years relevant experience in Architecture/Interior Design.
Knowledge of using drawing software.
Good communication and time management skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Proficiency in English/Mandarin Language (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates).
Ability to multi-task and work under timeline.
Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
