FOMO Pay is looking for Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for overall optimization and customer success management. This includes providing excellence solutions to customers effectively and making customers happy!

Who can best fit the role?

Fluency in English and Mandarin Language to communicate with Chinese Speaking Associates.

You are efficient with ability to make a personal connection with different groups of people. With that said, you have exceptional communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills. You have ability to creatively capture anticipated customers’ needs to provide appropriate offerings.

You are able to apply computing languages into business terms. You have excellent work attitude; willing to acquire knowledge along steep learning curves.

Duties and responsibilities:

Operational

●      Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems.

●      Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products, functions, features and benefits.

●      Maintain quality control through establishing and maintaining technical operations standards.

●      Migrating our old POS system to new POS system.

●      Assist in deployment matters, regular system checks on devices.

●      Assist in technical aspects and liaise with internal IT colleagues.

Support

●      Handle inbound emails and phone inquiries effectively.

●      Assist clients in resolving issues concerning products or services rendered to them.

●      Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.

●      Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

●      BS degree in Engineering/ Computer Science background or proven related technical experiences.

●      Excellent communication skills.

●      Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English.

●      Good follow up capabilities.

●      Good technical background.
