• Manage IT onboarding and provide internal IT support to end users for the Singapore office which
includes but not limited to office hardware, software, and network technical assistance
• Provide covering support for branch offices when applicable to ensure full operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults and prioritise incoming incidents where necessary, escalating with
external IT infrastructure and application providers and developers for systems support related
• Manage and maintain the office IT equipment and cabling to agreed standards and safety
• Assist with managing and maintaining licensing procurement for office and branch offices
• Work with functional teams to identify recurring and common problems and contribute to solutions
• Ensure Security policy is implemented and maintained
• Maintain ITIL processes and operational content
• Ensure Backup and retention policy is implemented and maintained
• Work with colleagues to ensure Business Continuity Policy is tested annually
• Work closely with IT Director and Enterprise Architect to implement given recommendations and
keeping them informed of progress
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and standards
• Maintain internal IT documentation e.g. user guides, asset lists, policies etc
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date awareness and understanding of IT and information security
threats and issues
• Telephony engineer – manage, maintain, and support business telephony solutions, including
networking, software management solutions, handsets and mobile phones
• Application developer – create and maintain in house and 3rd party-built applications and integration
products utilising Python, SSIS, TSQL and other suitable languages
• Excel analyst – create and maintain business spreadsheets utilising automated functions, macros
and VBA code to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks
• Database Administrator – create, manage, maintain and support on-premises and cloud resourced
database objects

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related degree
• Competent working knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, Office 365 product
• Competent working knowledge of programming languages and application integration
• Competent understanding of internal telephony (IPC, Cloud9, Avaya)
• Competent understanding of security content managers (DarkTrace) and server monitoring (Logic
Monitor) hardware and Competent working knowledge of Active Directory software
• Competent understanding of core business applications – Zoho One applications, trading (Trade
Manager), accounting (AccountsIQ), ITEL framework (NinjaRMM), call recording (Singtel), and data
• Support working knowledge of Office 365/Azure administration, Windows Server administration
• Support knowledge of networking components and their holistic configuration and VMWare
• Support knowledge of Azure and any other cloud hosting environments
