Job Responsibilities

– Letter of credit/LC Export Exp

– Import/Export Documentation Exp

– Trading industry

– Admin and account support

Job Scope:

– Full set of import/export shipping documents based on LC, Certificate of origin, Custom/Insurance declaration

-Arranging documents to bank for negotiation for shipment under L/C payment & D/P payment

-Monthly sales reports -Issue payment vouchers

-Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customer and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery

-Provide admin, account support and office management  

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years’ experience in LC & Export Import Documentation and admin 

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & Power Point)

-Able to commence work immediately or with short notice.
