<p>Role Description</p><p>Interior Times Singapore is looking for a Full-time Sales Interior Designer based in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and pursuing sales leads, meeting clients, and designing interior spaces.</p><p>Role & Responsibilities:</p><p>Handle sales inquiries, meet new prospects & provide design values to create a unique & personalized space for homeowners.</p><p>Submit price quotations and negotiate with clients.</p><p>Convert prospects into actual sales.</p><p>Determine cost and timeline of projects.</p><p>Undertake design projects from concept to completion.</p><p>Prepare design proposals for customers including research and material/product sourcing.</p><p>Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.</p><p>Accompany clients to designated vendors for materials, accessories, and furniture selections when needed.</p><p>Project coordination & supervision of work progress.</p><p>Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality workmanship is achieved.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.</p><p>Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.</p><p>Strong communication and organizational skills.</p><p>Customer-oriented with a strong interest in sales and interior design.</p><p>Demonstrated self-discipline, confidence, focus, willingness to learn, and a positive mindset.</p><p>Sales-driven, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.</p><p>Strong ownership, independence, and proactiveness in learning.</p><p>Able to work independently and in teams.</p><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve superior results in a deadline-driven environment.</p><p>Benefits:</p><p>Full commission topped with additional monthly incentives of minimum SGD10,000.</p><p>Attractive commission and incentive of minimum SGD10,000 monthly.</p><p>Annual overseas incentive trips to Europe and other parts of the world.</p><p>At least 20 quality leads provided monthly.</p><p>Close-knit team and company with full support from mentors, peers, and the company.</p><p>Monthly professional and product training.</p><p>Flexible working hours.</p><p>Interested candidates, please WhatsApp us at 90626185</p><p>Summary of role requirements:</p><p>Flexible hours available.</p><p>No experience required for this role.</p><p>Working rights required for this role.</p>
