Overview

About the role:

Provide administrative support to the Business Development team;
Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;
Manage clients’ onboarding;
Paperwork preparation for clients’ bank account openings;
Paperwork preparation for clients’ visa applications;
Research and identify Singapore governmental compliance updates and industry trends;
Develop marketing materials;
Following up with clients on necessary paperwork to ensure governmental compliance are met;

Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the clients);
