Overview
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures
2. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
3. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
5. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales, through Online Shopping Portal
6. Hold weekly review meeting with department colleagues for improvement
7. Ensure to be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors
8. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
9. Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times, and answer their queries
10. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging also on CRM and digital tools.
11. Prepare the sales quotation and sales order, according to customers’ requests
12. Create Item Code and maintain the newest purchase price & selling price
13. Proven Brand and product knowledge
14. Handling all clients’ feedbacks, resolve all complaints and reply all the enquiries (including emails, WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram and etc)
15. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
16. Notify Warehouse or Logistics department for the delivery arrangement
17. Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts
18. Handle returns of merchandise
19. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
20. Prepare ID commission slip
21. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking
Good writing skill in English
Minimum 2 years experience in Retail Sales (past sales result is necessary to prove during interview)
Minimum completed of Secondary School education
Excellent After Sales Service
