Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Bill of Quantities Take-off
– Calculations of costs
– Support Project Teams in term of contracts administration such as payment claims, variation claims, Sub-Contractors’ payment certifications, final account settlement, review of Contract Documents, Letter of Award, binding of Contracts / Sub-Contract Documents
– Able to work independently
Requirement:
– Diploma / Degree In Building / Quantity Surveying
– Preferable with 4 to 5 years relevant experience in Façade Industry.
– Good knowledge of standard forms of building contract used in Singapore will be advantage
– Possess good command of written and spoken English
