Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by prospecting through different mediums and create a targeted prospect list.
  • Discover new business opportunities. Evaluate and qualify opportunities.
  • Work together with the management team to evaluate market needs and targeted accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales plans with guidance from the management team.
  • Develop and present custom solution proposals and presentations to the clients to close the deal.
  • Coordinate with customers and the respective internal development team to ensure quality and delivery commitments are met.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive “get-it-done” attitude.
  • Take a proactive position in understanding client needs and corporate partnering.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.

 

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for sales in IT Industry and able to drive the sales process from prospecting closing the deal.
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to open new enterprise accounts by engaging at senior level and decision makers.
  • Proactive and self -motivated, should be able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work with inside sales and marketing team
  • A good hunting mentality and resilience towards rejection.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business.
  • Willing to travel around Singapore for clients’ meetings.
