You are responsible for providing front-line services to our patientsYour duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, registration of patients’ visits, appointment scheduling, collection of payments and provide financial counselling
Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level / ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC in Service Skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A team player with good interpersonal communication skills
Preferably 2 years’ experience in frontline customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft applicationProfile Summary
