Responsibilities

– Assist in data entry into system

– Handling phone calls and enquiries from customers

– Arrange schedules for jobs

– Providing general administrative support

– Adhoc duties given by Supervisor/Management

 

Requirements

– Minimum 1 year of working experience

– Candidates should possess at least Diploma level certificate

– Fluent in English

– Proficient with Microsoft Office

– Detailed, meticulous and good with administrative work

– Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with customers

– WFH arrangement available

– SG / PR only
