Detailed JD:

·             Must have experience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA.

·             Must have experience in understanding business process management and business requirements of internal and external clients and translating them to functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

·             Have been involved in at-lease one full-cycle implementations for Dynamics 365 in Field Service Module and Project Service Automation

·             Experience with Dynamics 365 systems on an enterprise scale, with a proven capability of mapping complex existing systems and evaluating functionality and customer/user experience. 

·             Experience with functional and user acceptance testing and training.

·             Experience with business process design or re-engineering

·             Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

·             Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

·             Experience in implementing Dynamics 365 On cloud systems to support sales, customer service, call center and field service operations

·             Large Systems Integrator (SI) experience a plus

·             Should be familiar with modern cloud patterns and practices. Azure experience preferred.

Must have worked in Dynamics 365 Field Service Automation and Project Service Automation. Having knowledge on Project Service Automation module will be added advantage.
Must have knowledge on CDS / CDM
Strong knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, integrations with other systems through various technologies like Azure integration services (Azure functions, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus)
Excellent background on Dynamics 365 with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape
Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in a typical enterprise environment
Experience in architecting cloud and on premise solutions including identity, API management, integration, data migration.
Experience with software development and configuration management tools and processes (e.g. Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server)
Excellent documentation skills, very good interpersonal skills
