Overview

Responsibilities

– Recruitment and looking for candidates

– Advertising for jobs on different platform

– Conduct first round of interview

– Manage schedules and calendars, arrange, coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting documents

– Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence of your direct Manager

– Daily administrative work

– Handling some insurance details for your direct Manager

– Perform other ad-hoc as assigned by Manager / Management

 

Requirement:

– Good working attitude, willing to learn

– Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed

– Able to work independently with minimal supervision

– Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality

– Well-organised, detail-oriented and good time management

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

– Fluent in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking clients

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office

– Young and Energetic

– Training will be provided
